Loot: Personal Loot with Mains taking priority over alts. The only times this changes is for very specific reasons, that are always discussed with the team

Our Expectations:
Our raiders should always come prepared; food, flasks, pots, potions, runes needed for success. We expect proper gems and enchantments to be in place on all raider gear.
Come with basic knowledge of mechanics for each fight as well as basic boss strategy.
Our raiders need to be committed to challenging themselves and others to succeed. There is no I in team.
At the start of each tier, mythic plus is required for the first two months, then the requirement goes away
Real life is a thing, so please let us know as soon as you can if you are not able to make it ot raid. Post outs should be done 3 hours before raid, however, in the event of an emergency, we understand.
