So apparently I made a mistake in my earlier post. The rage spent during Deadly Calm doesn't affect Anger Management. The spamstring macro is simply to get more Tactician procs.

Alcar, so pretty much Arms is outperforming Fury on most of the bosses in Emerald Nightmare. Fury is definitely better for Mythic dungeons. Honestly you'd be fine playing Fury.
