I am taking a shot in the dark guessing you want to play BM because the inital stat values that you have inputted aim towards BM. At Level 100, Haste is the most important value followed by vers than mastery. The Beta AMR is going to aim towards Mastery because at Level 110, Mastery is the strongest...
