You need to go here: https://wow.curseforge.com/addons/bandaid/

Download the addon AND import the Weak Aura. There are 3 WA's in a group. The WA's, from top to bottom, do:

• 1. Progress Bar, from 0% - 100%. This is HUGE! It measures how much healing LoD will do, and a full bar means full healing. Low bar means mostly overheal.
• 2. The number is the number of people in the cone in front of you.
• 3. Monitors the CD of LoD

It has uses for other classes too, but I can't speak for them.

Not in Legion, but when 7.1 is released (some months from now). It's important to note that they could change their mind at any point, but as of this post, when 7.1 is released, this will break.
