Since both EP and SoT are 5 seconds independent of number of combo points, is it optimal to use <5 CP finishers when any of Vendetta, Kingsbane, or Blood of the Assassinated is up to maximize uptime during those high damage phases?

Spatulahands - I was looking at your logs and it looks like you are chaining EP, but I wasn't sure if that's just easier to maintain as gear improves or if you're dropping finishers regardless of CP to maximize uptime during V/K/BotA?

I know me personally I do my best to ensure elaborate buff stays up.since rupture refreshes EP I know keep dps up you want keep EP up asmuch as possible while maintaining bleeds.
