Moonkin DPS rotation

The Moonkin rotation seems pretty straight-forward for non-Fury of Elune talents, but I feel like I'm missing something.

I figured out my opener is wrong. It should be pre-cast Solar Wrath/Moonfire/Sunfire/New Moon/Celestial Alignment/Half Moon/Full Moon

I managed to get my Starsurge usage up, but I cast half the number Lunar Strikes and Solar Wraths of moonkins with comparable ilvl ... maybe it's a difference in stats or am I supposed to increase Wrath casts during Incarnation to increase haste buff?

My current single-target spell priority list is:
DOTs
Starsurge
Moon spells (sometimes I hold onto Full Moon if Hero, Adds and/or Incarnation are soon)
Empowered Lunar Strike
Empowered Wrath
Wrath

Lastly, my SIM DPS is ~275K, my target dummy DPS is ~230K (without flask, rune or pot or hero) and my raid DPS is 214K (with flask, rune, pots and hero).

Any help/suggestions/rantings would be greatly appreciated.
