Previous guild(s) and reason for leaving.
Roster boss has affected many 4/8 M guilds, have been hopping around a bit looking for a fit. No major reason, just looking for a more stable situation.

Do you have a PC that can handle high density raid content? What is your internet stability like?
PC handles WoW fine, also have a gaming laptop for if/when I have to travel for work. Internet stability is usually very good.
What are the things that would set you up for success for difficult progression?
Raid plans, strats, necessary weak auras, etc. posted well ahead of time. I like to do a lot of research before a progression boss, and check with my class discord for any posted advice etc. I don't do as well flying by the seat of my pants...so if I will be asked to cover a specific mechanic or something it is best if I know in advance. I also like to check out the healing CD schedule ahead of time so I'm not surprised, if possible.
Please describe your ideal raiding environment and/or raiding red flags / deal breakers.
For me, the ideal healing team likes to work together and it's more about collaboration vs. big egos. I almost certainly won't out parse folks, but I'll do my job to the best of my ability and won't go out of my way to snipe heals etc. I don't enjoy a hyper competitive healing environment, for me the goal is killing the boss.

The only "deal breakers" are a toxic, bigoted raid environment (which I don't expect), or obvious favoritism in loot distribution; I'm not a loot ***, and I understand that it makes sense to gear up DPS earlier, priority on tier sets etc...but I've seen some blatant stuff in my day. I don't expect that to happen though.
In your opinion, what is the most valuable asset your class brings to this raid tier.
