I starting playing seriously at the start of dragonflight, I've only been raiding with mostly friend guilds and I've gotten aotc in all 3 dragonflight raids. I've raid lead the last 2 raids but Im not interested in doing it going forward.

I played sub the last 2 raids but I decided to swap to outlaw this raid and want to main that going forward, I can play sub though and its the same Ilvl I am right now.

What do you feel is your biggest weakness as a raider? What steps are you taking now to address it?
Cooldown management, Im trying to look into how other players use they cd's and when to improve my damage

I get very invested into things when people around me are as well and so I learn/grind stuff very fast
