I started Mythic raiding in Antorus. I have been doing it since, with the exception of Season 4 of Dragonflight. I have previously been the "HR Leader" for a guild along with a recruiter and selling of keys/raids (for gold only)

Clairvoyance - Team Dynamic change
Rally - Mythic team took a break, so I went to find a new team.
Gravity - team left EK and due to IRL changes, I would like to raid 2/week rather than 3.

What are the things that would set you up for success for difficult progression?
I am interested in my character, committed, review my logs, watch POV videos, etc.
Please describe your ideal raiding environment and/or raiding red flags / deal breakers.
I like to balance raid progression with a sense of team. While I want to progress, I want to do so as a team. Sitting members for skill-based issues has to happen at some point, but I don't think it should be the first option. I also think people in the team should be supportive of one another and have a good relationship with each other since we are spending a lot of time together.

I'm from Atlanta, my husband is also a raider in FF14. I am very dedicated to my team, both in game and also in discord-life. I'm extroverted, so I can keep a conversation going. I'm not a raid-logger, I guess you would say.
