Yes, first choice would be Harbinger, second choice would be Blackshields. I am East Coast, so their times work best for me.
What is your raiding experience? Do you have any leadership experience?
While I have been a guild and raid leader, back in WotLK, I don't really want to take on any leadership role. I have extensive raiding experience (primarily AotC plus a few mythic bosses) each season since vanilla (I did skip MoP though!) I always get AotC every tier.

Yes/No - I always heal in raid, but my main has shifted often based on the team need. For season 1 of TWW, I'd like to main either my resto druid, resto shaman, or holy pally (no relevant raid logs for the pally)

I have a raid viable DPS off-spec for all my healers (balance, ele, or ret). All of them are either at, or can easily be at 580+

I can also heal on MW Monk and Pres Evoker and have both at 80 already, but neither of those have I geared up yet.
What do you feel is your biggest weakness as a raider? What steps are you taking now to address it?
My biggest weakness is tunneling health bars. I try to watch videos and look at strategies ahead of time to be very familiar with the fight and timing of mechanics so even when things get crazy, I don't forget what I need to do.
What do you feel is your biggest strength as a raider? Why do you value this strength?
I understand my class really well and how to get the most out of it. I also always keep a positive attitude and come ready to go at the start!

I'm excited about both of these teams both because the raid schedule (day/time), they fit my goals (AotC plus a few mythic bosses), and I've heard good things about them. Chivalry was a good team for a few years, but I finally got a little burned out towards the end of DF and needed to step away. I would go back, but they're full on healers right now.

NOTE - I would like to join the same team as my IRL friend (Boots) who is applying now at the same time, if possible.
