Eternal Kingdom Guild Structure Update
Ambassador NEW RANK!
This is our assistant team lead rank for our mythic raid teams and is the #2 person in charge of a team. These individuals speak in conjunction with their Royal Emissary and represent their team on all guild matters. Depending on the need, other Royal Emissaries overseeing guild functions can also appoint someone to this rank to speak on their behalf. This rank is appointed by a Royal Emissary and, since they are one step away from being a team lead, must have King’s Court approval.
King’s Court Redesigned
These members are the governing body of the community. A King’s Court member may NOT function in a Royal Emissary or Ambassador role while at this rank. King’s Court members can raid actively but must be able to deal with community needs promptly which involves avoiding team lead entanglements. They are expected to guide and support the community in alignment with our values/goals. King’s Court members are voted in by Royal Emissaries and Ambassadors on a rotation (or in interim if one steps down) to a term of 3 raid tiers.
Guild Master
There are 2 permanent members of this rank. They work closely with King’s Court members to offer advice as well as provide direction and vision for the community. They may also be acting King’s Court members. If not acting members of the King’s Court they will still have the power to veto any decision made by the King’s Court members.
Implementation Time Line: We plan to take the rest of NH to implement these structure changes. We will use flexibility/common sense to make changes in a way that does not upset the day to day activity of the guild during progression.
Final Note: There are other potential changes coming in the future. We are working closely with leadership to find how to best unify our community. Our goal is to establish a structure in our community that facilitates collaborative growth so keep in mind any changes you see happening will be working towards that end.

Re: Friday March 3 All Guild Meeting @10:00 PM (agenda)
For those of you that missed it our new raid team announcement is...
Team Umbra - Fri/Sat/Sun 8-11PM PST
They will be joining our other weekend only team
Dreadnought - Fri/Sat/Sun 6-10PM PST
We have a few other teams that have a weekday/weekend mix Titan (Sun/Mon 6-9PM PST) and Imperium (Wed/Fri 6:30-9:30).
For those of you looking for exclusively weekend raiding you will now have two options going forward.
As we build out Umbra lets not forget about the other teams raiding during times that overlap and make sure all teams get the support they need to be successful.
