Fellow Enhancement Shamans, I need help.

The title says it all. I've recently started taking this wow thing more seriously and noticed 2 things:
1. I'm not hitting average dps for enhancement shamans and don't know why
2. I really don't like not preforming up to par so this is my attempt to fix that.

I've looked at my logs and have tried to figure out what I'm doing wrong that way and very quickly realized I have no idea what I'm looking for so i figured I'd post logs here in the hope someone more experienced than myself would be able to enlighten me on the ways of the Enhancement shaman.

at the moment the only trinkets i have available to me are the normal class trinket and heroic fel-spring couil

well. currently you need a soulcap. Soulcap is your best friend.. (even tho i hate it sometimes) but yea..

and in AOE fights.. dont be shy to spam your fire nova.. remember.. the more fire nova u cast.. the more dmg done to the target that needed to be killed.

n try use glyph of lava spread.. again its your best friend.

i so far have tended to not glyph lava spread because by the time i get in range for a lava lash to spread the love i find things are usually grouped up well enough that the extra spread range is somewhat wasted (maybe im blind or maybe ive just been getting lucky), but ill give it a try
