I am mainly inquiring about the team for TWW.

Punctual, knowledgeable, experienced, example setting, and positive vibes.
What do you feel is your biggest strength as a raider? Why do you value this strength?
My resilience and determination. I won't stop until I get it correct and if I don't understand something I'll seek self-improvement.
What do you feel is your biggest weakness as a raider? What steps are you taking now to address it?
I don't like wasting time or having others waste my time so I can grow impatient. I tend to correct it by being respectful and assertive to those who are not taking the proper action to become more efficient.
Are you willing to sit out on a progression night if it affords us the best chance of success?
Of course. Just like I hope the team is willing to sit me if I am not feeling like a gamer that night. In my experience it seems like a lot of teams unhealthily push their members to the point of burnout which results in deprogging on bosses or killing off member's drive to want to play.
At the beginning of a tier, we may add an extra raid night or extend the raid end time by 30 minutes to jump-start progression until AotC. Raiders will be strongly encouraged to attend, but it will be optional to allow for scheduling conflicts. Would you be open to participating as your schedule allows to help achieve our goals?

I have met with G before and overall, I liked the team and the structure. It was just unfortunate that there was a lot of DHs and the I didn't like the "on stand by" calls. I either would like to be a consistent member or not raid at all. Again, I am primarily Inquiring about TWW but would entertain coming to raid for Awakened raids here and there. We can discuss details later. I also have a cat named patches who I'll gladly post pictures of.
