This season I would like to get CE, but AOTC is fine for most of my characters right now.
What is your raiding experience? Do you have any leadership experience?
Typically close to CE until Shadowlands. Went pretty hard in classic/tbc/wrath, and back for retail in TWW. I was class and ranged dps lead a few different times in the past.

Main is pretty TBD right now, I have 3 characters at 610, and all having 4 set on Tuesday.
Do you have a viable raid-ready offspec? Please tell us your experience with it and its current item level.
Offspecs and classes. Ele/resto was my old go to because I could flex heal as needed, but considering going enhance/resto because enhance is consistently ahead

What do you feel is your biggest weakness as a raider? What steps are you taking now to address it?
I tend to speak up if there are clear issues and leaders are not addressing the elephant in the room. This is generally a good thing, but I have to be careful to not be brutally honest at times.
What do you feel is your biggest strength as a raider? Why do you value this strength?
Continual self improvement, game experience, role/class/spec understanding
