No I have never been a trial member of any Eternal Kingdom.

Bon Weir, the main reason I am looking to leave is the lack of leadership and high amount of favoritism and people who are under performing and being brought to the game.
What end game raiding experience do you have? Be thorough. The more detail you can provide here, the better.

Explain how you will be able to benefit Empire:
I will do my best to show up 100% prepared consumables, reviewed logs for the fight and and check out other classes PoV that are on that fight. Team player, I enjoy helping out where ever I can farming mat, showing up on off nights to gear people who are main swapping or prepping characters for split raiding.

Sims/Warcraft logs/ reviewing top balance druid's PoV to get a better understanding how to min/max on the fight were progressing on or just in general.
You may be asked to sit on some fights for composition, gear, or general skill level how do you feel about that?
I feel fine about that but I will be putting everything in to earn a core raid spot.
