Intro
We are first and foremost a stepping stone. An AOTC team dedicated to helping players improve in order to get accepted into the raid team of their choosing. We are committed to actively recruiting, mentoring, and fostering growth of raiders of all skill and experience levels. Whether you are new to the game, coming back after a long break, don’t have the logs or experience to get on the teams you want, or are a long time player trying to break in to raiding: we can offer you a constructive environment to make mistakes and sharpen your skills.
The ultimate goal is to meet each player where they are and provide support and resources to elevate their game based on their personal goals. Then send them on their way with the confidence they need to apply to the teams they want.

Requirements
- Be able and willing to discuss numbers/mechanics
- Be respectful and open minded
- Have available playtime outside of the 3 hour raid window
- Have a self-starter attitude that takes accountability
