Paradigm’s vision is to be a haven where players excel, attain mastery of their respective classes and conquer Cutting Edge content. Simultaneously, we emphasize the cultivation of essential soft skills such as effective communication, resilience, and high performance in non-raid activities like Mythic+. Our goal is to propel players forward, enabling them to tackle the game’s most demanding content with proficiency and success.
 
Our team is founded on the principles of fostering a vibrant and inclusive community, prioritizing open communication, and above all, ensuring that every member is having a blast. Our mission is to create an environment that transcends the traditional competitive mindset.   • Able to maintain 90% attendance with adequate notice of absences.
  • Strive for continuous improvement in individual performance.
  • Support and uplift fellow team members in both victories and challenges.
  • A desire to develop mastery through optimal gearing in and out-of-raid content.
  • Can perform and be comfortable in a diverse and inclusive community.

The ideal candidate will have: 

  • A stable understanding of tools like Warcraftlogs, WipeFest, and Subcreation to analyze and plan their performance. 
  • An interest in their class’s guiding figures such as popular Twitch streamers, theorycrafting on sites like Icy Veins, and class/spec discords.
  • An ability to provide constructive feedback and actively listen to others’ input.
  • A positive approach to the game and their peers who can enjoy a good meme or joke. We don’t take ourselves too seriously, and neither should you.
  • A fun and focused team built around performance at the highest difficulty in the game.
  • Continuous support from team members and leadership.
  • Commitment to efficient progression and an agile approach to team strategy to ensure progress.
  • Team-based M+ and other out-of-raid activities to promote raid prep and a sense of community.
  • An inclusive gaming community where you can form lasting friendships.
