I've been in eternal kingdom before (Sellswords during Nathria) and I used to raid with Liilii many moons ago

Wolves of Emberstorm is my most recent guild,

Reason for leaving is due to being told it was a guild trying to push mythic. After trialing for a few weeks, I've noticed that not to be the case, good people though

Good mindset, discord, youtube, addons and weak auras
Please describe your ideal raiding environment and/or raiding red flags / deal breakers.
Semi serious environment with like-minded people min-maxing to down content.

Joking outside of prog boss attempts is a good sign to me

Passive Aggressiveness is a large red flag
