Great job on a comprehensive deconstruction of all the new things in the Prot goody bag for this new system. When i get home from this extended vacation i plan on sitting down, kicking my legs up and devouring this in it's entirety with a nicely chilled Dr. Pepper in one hand and a poor hapless training dummy being hit by the other to build up those new muscle memories.

I'm finding the skull of war to be very good for dps on fights where you use the tank ring on cd.
Due to it's high, but not guaranteed, proc rate it often stacks with the damage boost of the ring and grants around 25% crit. Further, due to battle cry's short duration, I found it rarely overlapped with battle cry.
